1.)    When will I receive my order?

    Please allow 2-3 working days for order fulfillment, 1-7 wkg day transit time via FedEx Ground. Once the order is shipped, we will send the FedEx tracking number via email. You can also go to the order history in the account settings to retrieve the tracking number.

     

    2.)    Where do orders ship from and what is the ground transit time?

    All orders ship from Dallas, TX.

    Ground Transit Map below (note Ground transit times are not guaranteed. There is always a chance of a delay that is out of our control (ie. weather, etc.). If you have a rush order, please select an expedited shipping method and select an in-hands date on the check-out page.


     

     

    3.)    Can I rush an order?

    Yes, please select an in-hands date on the check-out page, and add any special delivery instructions if applicable. Also, please select an expedited ship method if ground transit will not meet the in-hands date. If the selected ship method does not meet the in-hands date, we will contact you. Additional rush charges will apply.

    1 Day Rush $10

    1 Day Rush Large $20

    Same Day $35 – must submit order by 9 a.m. CST

     

    4.)    Can I change my order once it’s submitted?

    Please contact us at hotalingorders@usamktg.com immediately. We will try our best to accommodate a change if the order has not shipped. We might need to cancel the order, and place a new order.

     

    5.)    What do I do if I my order is wrong, lost, or damaged?

    Please contact us within 1-2 days of receipt. Please include any photos of damaged items and email to hotalingorders@usamktg.com

     

    6.)    Can I submit a bulk order?

    Yes, please submit the bulk order request to hotalingorders@usamktg.com

     

    7.)    Delivery locations with limited receiving hours (ie. restaurants, bars, event spaces, etc.). We suggest shipping to an alternate address or once you receive the tracking number, you can request FedEx (800-463-3339) to hold the packages at the nearest FedEx location or Walgreens. You will have to bring your ID and the tracking numbers.

     

    8.)    Delivery Signature

    FedEx will attempt to obtain a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, FedEx may deliver the package in a safe place without obtaining a signature. Please request a delivery signature (+$5.25/box) if the delivery location doesn’t have a safe place to deliver the packages. This will prevent lost or stolen packages.

     

    9.)    Local pick-up orders from warehouse:

    Hours: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

     

    Instructions:

    - We need any pick up to be preceded by an order and note advising desired pick-up date.  This can be filled in on the special delivery instructions and "In-Hands Date" sections of the order checkout.

    - We will send an email notification once the order is ready, and will schedule a 4 hour window for the pick-up. Normal hours are M-F 10am to 3pm.

    - If an early hour or late pick is needed, it will need to be approved.
